The UCC Go Club meets every wednesday night (19:00-22:00) in room G20 of the Kane Building.
Cobh
The Cobh crew meets up irregularly. If you’ll be in the area and are interested in meeting up, get in touch and we’ll organize something.

After nearly a year and a half online, I figured it deserved its own domain at last. Go and update your bookmarks, homepage. etc. ^^
The first go tournament to be held in Cork went smoothly and was much enjoyed by all. (Including yours truly, for whom it was also a personal first.) Kudos to Stephan & Co of the UCC Club for pulling it off so smoothly. (I don’t know the details of who was involved, but I’m sure individual credit will be given on their forums.)
A last minute appeal by Lucas led to the advertised timings being changed to make the tournament proper. This means that results should count towards EGF rating.
After the prize-giving, Arthur and Olivier from the Dublin Club gave a brief rundown on how the IGA is taking steps to make clearer the benefits of membership and become more proactive in running events. They even managed to sign up a few new members ^^
