(Including yours truly, for whom it was also a <a href=\"http:\/\/signius.livejournal.com\/160791.html\" target=\"_new\">personal first<\/a>.) Kudos to Stephan &amp; Co of the UCC Club for pulling it off so smoothly. (I don&#8217;t know the details of who was involved, but I&#8217;m sure individual credit will be given on their <a href=\"http:\/\/bb.ucc.ie\/viewforum.php?f=318\" target=\"_new\">forums<\/a>.)<\/p>\n<p>A last minute appeal by Lucas led to the advertised timings being changed to make the tournament <em>proper<\/em>. This means that results should count towards <a href=\"http:\/\/www.european-go.org\/rating\/gormain.asp\" target=\"_new\">EGF rating<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>After the prize-giving, Arthur and Olivier from the Dublin Club gave a brief rundown on how the <a href=\"http:\/\/irish-go.org\/\" target=\"_new\">IGA<\/a> is taking steps to make clearer the benefits of membership and become more proactive in running events.
